Terms and Conditions

Okazy reserves the right to verify your experience every time you register for training.
If you don’t have enough experience, Okazy shall cancel your registration and refund the
registration costs, except the administrative fee.

Okazy cannot guarantee that you will pass the exams. Okazy offers professional training that
requires serious study and learning


Inclusions

Registration fees include:
- All educational materials (textbooks, workbooks, etc.)
- Registration in the certification exams (except when otherwise specified)
- Certification


Cancellation Policy

If registration is cancelled within 10 business days of the course start date, only the
administrative fee shall be charged.

If registration is cancelled within 2 to 9 days business days of the course start date, half
of the registration fee shall be charged.

If a registrant fails to attend a course of cancels on the day prior to the course start date,
the full registration cost shall be charged.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email: info@okazy.ca ).

Substituting participants is permitted without additional charge up to 7 days prior to the course
start date.
Should Okazy need to cancel a training module, the full registration cost shall be reimbursed to
the client.


Deferral

Any requests to defer participation in a module shall be considered as a cancellation and
re-registration. Therefore, the terms of the Cancellation Policy shall apply. Requests for
deferral must be submitted in writing (by email: info@okazy.ca ).


Copyright

The training modules and related materials are the sole property of Okazy Conseils Inc. Any copy,
reproduction or distribution of this material, in whole or in part, to third parties is strictly
prohibited without the explicit prior written consent from Okazy Conseils.

Personal Information


Information provided to the company during course registration and training shall only be used
for the purposes indicated in this proposal. This information will be processed in accordance
with the security measures set out in the applicable laws respecting the processing of
personal data.


Disputes

The parties agree that, in the case of a dispute, they shall cooperate in good faith to resolve the
dispute prior to taking legal action. This proposal is subject to Quebec law; in the case of a
dispute between the parties regarding this proposal, including its validity, interpretation,
effectiveness, execution and resolution, shall be under the jurisdiction of the Quebec courts.
