·      Report effectively to improve transparency, accountability and corporate governance.

Portfolio management is the set of processes and decisions which together effectively allow to balance changes and current operations.

MoP has two levels, 1- Foundation (Learning the method itself), 2- Practitioner (Application to scenarios)
