PRINCE2® vs PMP !
I already have PMP certification. Why should I get PRINCE2®?
The two programs are complementary.
PMP training is based on the service provider’s vision of project management, including 10 fields of knowledge: integration, content, deadlines, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement and stakeholders.
PRINCE2® is based on the client’s vision of a project: business case, profit management, clear roles and responsibilities in the project governance, managing stage gate etc.
PRINCE2® allows you to speak the same language as your clients: strategy, profits and governance.
It’s also an excellent way for PMPs to earn professional development units (PDUs). When you take the Prince2 certification program you earn 30 PDUs in just 4.5 days of training.
Become a PRINCE2® Practitioner in 5 days!
PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner training prepares you for success with all project types.
It’s ideal for project/portfolio managers, project officer advisors, or functional directors
who want to deepen their knowledge or complement their PMP certification.
The PRINCE2® approach prepares you to make the right decisions for successful projects.
